当前我国未成年人保护研究的趋势及热点——以1998-2022年CNKI数据为例

Trends and Hotspots in Juvenile Protection Research in China:Bosed on CNKI data of 1998-2022

以1998-2022年CNKI数据库的未成年人保护研究文献为数据来源,利用CiteSpace软件分析发文量、作者及研究机构、研究热点、演进趋势及研究前沿。研究表明:近25年来我国未成年人保护研究发文量呈现震荡上行趋势,作者及研究机构之间的合作有待加强,热点主题主要集中于未成年人家庭保护、学校保护、社会保护、网络保护、政府保护和司法保护六个方面。这一时期的研究分为起步阶段(1998-2007年)、高速发展阶段(2008-2017年)和平稳发展阶段(2018至今)。个人信息、民法典、隐私政策、收容教养、国家亲权、家事审判是研究前沿问题。

Using research literature on juvenile protection from the CNKI database spanning 1998 to 2022 as the data source,the software CiteSpace was employed to analyze the volume of publications,authors and research institutions,research hotspots,development trends,and research frontiers.The findings reveal that over the past 25 years,the number of publications on juvenile protection in China has exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,indicating a need for enhanced cooperation among authors and research institutions.The prevalent themes primarily concentrate on six aspects:family protection for juveniles,school protection,social protection,online protection,government protection,and judicial protection.The research during this timeframe can be segmented into the initial stage(1998-2007),the rapid development stage(2008-2017),and the stable development stage(2018 onwards).Key frontier issues in research include personal information,the civil code,privacy policy,detention and rehabilitation,national parental rights,and family justice.
