基于感性工学的电饭煲造型设计评价研究

摘要 为探索电饭煲造型与感性评价的关联,以感性工学为理论,通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价,构建了层次分析模型。研究结果显示:电饭煲最佳轮廓造型横截面为圆角正方形,控制面板的形状为单侧大圆角矩形、排气孔形状为圆形、按钮的形状为圆形。研究结论证实:基于感性工学的电饭煲造型评价流程,能从整体到局部辅助设计师完成产品造型设计。 In order to explore the correlation between the shape of rice cookers and their emotional evaluation,this study uses emotional engineering as the theory,and construct an analytic hierarchy process model through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the optimal contour shape of the rice cooker is a rounded square cross-section,the shape of the control panel is a large rounded rectangle on one side,the shape of the exhaust hole is circular,and the shape of the button is circular.The conclusion confirms that the evaluation process for the shape of rice cookers based on sensory engineering can assist designers in completing product design from the overall to local level.
