白芍总苷对过敏性鼻炎患者临床疗效和血清Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡的影响

Effect of Total Glucosides of Paeony on Clinical Efficacy and Serum Th1/Th2 Cytokine Imbalance in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的分析白芍总苷对过敏性鼻炎患者临床疗效和血清Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡的影响。方法研究对象为杭州市临安区中医院门诊和住院部接受治疗的中医辨证为肺脾气虚型的过敏性鼻炎患者92例,招募时间为2020年7月—2023年7月,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组常规给予孟鲁司特钠片和糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,观察组在对照组基础上加用白芍总苷胶囊,记录患者治疗前后中医证候评分、过敏性鼻炎生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分、实验室指标以及不良反应情况。结果观察组和对照组患者中医证候疗效指数分别为95.65%和80.43%(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组和对照组中医证候评分、RQLQ评分差异不具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组和对照组患者中医证候评分、RQLQ评分相比治疗前均显著降低,且观察组效果更佳(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组和对照组血清IL-4、IFN-γ、T-bet、GATA-3水平差异不具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组和对照组患者血清IL-4、GATA-3水平相比治疗前降低,血清IFN-γ、T-bet水平相比治疗前升高,且观察组效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论白芍总苷可提高过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效和生活质量,纠正Th1/Th2免疫失衡状态。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effects of total glucosides of paeony on the clinical efficacy and serum Th1/Th2 cytokine imbalance in patients with allergic rhinitis,in order to provide more thinking for clinical patients.METHODS Ninety-two cases of allergic rhinitis patients with lung Qi deficiency in TCM were enrolled from July 2020 to July 2023 in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Hangzhou Lin'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.The control group was routinely given montelukast sodium tablets and mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group was also given total paeony glycosides capsule on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,nasal conjunctivitis Quality of Life questionnaire(RQLQ)score,laboratory indicators and adverse reactions of patients before and after treatment were recorded.RESULTS The curative effect of TCM syndromes in observation group and control group were 95.65%and 80.43%,respectively(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores and RQLQ scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment.After treatment,TCM syndrome score and RQLQ score of observation group and control group were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,and the effect of observation group was better(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-4,IFN-γ,T-bet and GATA-3 between observation group and control group.After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 and GATA-3 in observation group and control group were decreased,and the serum levels of IFN-γand T-bet were increased,and the effect of observation group was better than that before treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Total glucosides of paeony can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis,and correct the Th1/Th2 immune imbalance.
