FOCUS-PDCA循环在降低住院药房轨道物流小车送药差错率中的应用

摘要 目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA循环在降低住院药房轨道物流小车送药差错率中的应用效果,为医疗机构轨道物流小车送药管理提供参考。方法运用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理对某院轨道物流小车送药管理进行质量持续改进,选取2021年10月~2022年9月(实施FOCUS-PDCA循环法干预前)某院住院药房轨道物流送药情况为对照组,2022年10月~2023年9月(实施FOCUS-PDCA循环法干预后)某院住院药房轨道物流送药情况为试验组,比较两组送药差错率。结果通过借助信息化建设、优化工作流程、优化药品配送、加强人员培训考核等措施,轨道物流小车年送药差错率从0.034%降到0.010%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可有效降低轨道物流小车送药差错率,提高药品输送准确率,确保患者用药安全性,提高临床服务满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA cycle in reducing the error rate of drug delivery by rail logistics carts in inpatient pharmacies,and to provide reference for the management of drug delivery by rail logistics carts in medical institutions.Methods FOCUSPDCA cycle management was used to continuously improve the quality of drug delivery management of rail logistics carts in a hospital.The drug delivery situation of rail logistics in an inpatient pharmacy of a hospital from October 2021 to September 2022(before the intervention of FOCUSPDCA cycle method)was selected as the control group.From October 2022 to September 2023(after the implementation of the FOCUS-PDCA cycle intervention),the drug delivery situation of an inpatient pharmacy in a hospital was selected as the experimental group,and the drug delivery error rate of the two groups was compared.Results With the help of information construction,optimizing work flow,optimizing drug distribution,strengthening personnel training and assessment and other measures,the annual average drug delivery error rate of rail logistics cars dropped from 0.034%to 0.010%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively reduce the error rate of drug delivery by rail logistics carts,improve the accuracy of drug delivery,ensure patient medication safety,and improve clinical service satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
