美沙拉嗪联合微生态制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果研究

摘要 目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合微生态制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法选取安徽医学高等专科学校附属医院(安徽省第二人民医院)2021年1月~2024年1月收治的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组采用美沙拉嗪联合微生态制剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子、免疫功能、不良反应、疾病改善情况。结果治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组IL-6、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组症状评分、结肠镜检评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组症状评分、结肠镜检评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平差异无统计学意义,治疗前、后两组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IgA、IgG水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组总不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合微生态制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎可更好改善患者临床症状、免疫功能、炎症因子水平,且具有较高的安全性。 Objective To explore the effect of mesalazine combined with microecological preparations in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 80 patients with UC were selected in Anhui Medical College Affiliated Hospital(The Second People's Hospital of Anhui Province)from January 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the study group was treated with mesalazine combined with microecological preparations.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,immune function,adverse reactions and disease improvement were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom score and colonoscopy score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom score and colonoscopy score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels between the two groups before treatment,and there was no significant difference in immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the IgA and IgG levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine combined with microecological preparations in the treatment of UC can better improve the clinical symptoms,immune function and inflammatory factor levels of patients,and has a high safety.
