近年来,膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的发病率呈持续升高趋势。目前关于OAB的病因及发病机制尚不清楚,导致许多患者对该病不够重视,加上患者之间的个体差异,治疗效果并不明显。近年,针灸治疗方法逐渐得到大家认可,现代医家通过单纯针刺、电针、温针灸、浮针等治疗OAB也取得了肯定的疗效。这种方法不仅安全、无副作用,而且疗效显著、成本低廉,因此受到患者的广泛欢迎。未来对针灸治疗OAB的机制进行深入探讨,可为OAB的治疗提供新方法、新思路。

In recent years,the incidence of overactive bladder(OAB)has been increasing continuously.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of OAB are not clear,leading to many patients′insufficient attention to the disease,coupled with individual differences between patients,the therapeutic effect is not obvious.In recent years,the treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion have gradually been recognized,and modern doctors have also achieved positive curative effects in treating OAB through simple acupuncture,electroacupuncture,warm acupuncture and float needle.This method is not only safe without side effects,but also has significant efficacy and low cost,so it is widely welcomed by the patients.In the future,in-depth exploration of the mechanism of acupuncture for OAB can provide new methods and new ideas for the treatment of OAB.
