摘要
目前肌氨酸的检测方法有多种,包括酶法、色谱法、质谱法、光谱法、电化学法、生物传感器法、比色法等,但各种方法特异性不尽相同。临床上不同方法的检测结果存在一定差异,全面系统地比较这些差异性有助于肌氨酸在临床的进一步应用。当前肌氨酸作为诊断和预测前列腺癌(PCa)的指标具有很高的灵敏度和特异度,尤其是与其他生物标志物联合诊断时,在准确性和高效性等方面具有显著优势。因此,未来寻找一种更准确、更快速的检测方法对PCa早期诊断至关重要。
At present,there are various detection methods of sarcosine,including enzymatic assays,chromatography,mass spectrometry,spectroscopy,electrochemical method,biosensor method,colorimetric method etc.,but the specificity of each method is not the same.There are some differences in the results of different clinical methods.A comprehensive and systematic comparison of these differences will help to further apply sarcosine in clinical practice.At present,sarcosine has good specificity and sensitivity as an indicator for the diagnosis and prediction of prostate cancer(PCa),which especially has significant advantages in accuracy and efficiency when combined with other biomarkers.Therefore,the search for a more accurate and rapid detection method will be crucial in the early diagnosis of PCa in the future.
