在社会老龄化程度加深、城市医疗建筑数量不足和我国酒店建筑数量过多导致大部分酒店建筑闲置的背景下。如何通过既有酒店建筑改造,在满足当前城市发展需求的同时,为未来城市发展预留出空间,成为当下亟待解决的问题。本文主要分析了既有酒店建筑与康养建筑、医疗建筑的改造价值,并探讨了既有酒店建筑改造的问题。对既有酒店进行适应性改造有助于城市的更新改造,保持城市的生机与活力。

Under the background of the deepening of the aging society,the insufficient number of urban medical buildings and the excessive number of hotel buildings,most of the hotel buildings unused.How to reserve space for future urban development while meeting current urban development needs through the transformation of existing hotel buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly analyzes the reconstruction value of the existing hotel building,the health building,the medical building and the reconstruction of the existing hotel building.The adaptive transformation of the existing hotel will help the urban renewal and keep the vitality and vitality.
