CO_(2)点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗面部色素沉着的临床观察

Clinical observation of CO_(2)lattice laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment in the treatment of facial pigmentation

目的探讨CO_(2)点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗面部色素沉着的临床效果及安全性。方法选取河南整形美容医院2021年10月至2023年10月收治65例面部色素沉着患者,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=33)、观察组(n=32)。对照组接受CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,观察组接受CO_(2)点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏,两组均治疗至创面愈合。比较两组面部色素沉着评分、皮肤性质评分、生活质量评分、氧化应激指标、不良反应等。结果治疗后两组面部色素沉着评分、皮肤性质评分均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组更高;治疗后两组生活质量评分均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组更高;治疗后两组血清丙二醛、过氧化脂质水平均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组更低,血清超氧化物歧化酶均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高;观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比对照组更低,上述数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CO_(2)点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏可改善面部色素沉着患者皮肤性质,促进色素沉着恢复,调节氧化应激指标水平,提高患者生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of CO_(2)dot matrix laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment in the treatment of facial pigmentation.Methods A total of 65 patients with facial pigmentation admitted to Henan Plastic Surgery Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=32)according to random number table method.The control group received CO_(2)dot matrix laser treatment,and the observation group received CO_(2)dot matrix laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment.Both groups were treated until the wound healed.Facial pigmentation score,skin nature score,quality of life score,oxidative stress index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and typical case pictures were analyzed.Results After treatment,the facial pigmentation score and skin property score of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.After treatment,serum malondialdehyde and lipid peroxide levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,serum superoxide dismutase was higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control figroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions CO_(2)dot matrix laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment can improve the skin properties of patients with facial pigmentation,promote the recovery of pigmentation,regulate the level of oxidative stress indexes,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a high safety.
