个性化复合皮瓣在眼睑肿瘤切除术后修复中的应用观察

目的探究个性化复合皮瓣在眼睑肿瘤切除术后修复中的应用效果。方法选取浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医2021年3月至2023年3月收治且完成随访1年的30例眼睑肿瘤切除术后患者,对其术后修复效果展开回顾性研究,分析个性化复合皮瓣应用效果,包括皮瓣存活率、修复总有效率、修复前后美观功能、睑裂高度及长度差值,统计患者术后并发症情况。结果患者修复3个月后皮瓣存活率为100.0%、修复有效率为93.33%;修复后患者睑裂睑高度、长度差值低于修复前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后患者美观功能评分(1.85±0.19)分高于修复前(0.93±0.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后并发症总发生率为3.33%。结论个性化复合皮瓣存活率更高,且修复效果更理想,有助于降低患者睑裂睑高度、长度差值,改善外观,以及减少术后并发症,具有良好的临床借鉴意义。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized composite flflap in repair after eyelid tumor resection.Methods Select Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine From March 2021 to March 2023,the postoperative repair effect,analyzed the effect of personalized composite flflap application,including flflap survival rate,repair effificiency,aesthetic function,eyelid fissure height and length difference before and after repair,and counted the postoperative complications.Results The flap survival rate was 100.0%and the effective rate was 93.33%;The height and length difference of the patient were lower than before repair,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);The aesthetic function score(1.85±0.19)scores was higher than before repair(0.93±0.25)scores,the differences are statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The overall postoperative complication rate was 3.33%.Conclusions Personalized composite flflap has higher survival rate and more ideal repair effect,which helps to reduce the height and length difference of the eyelid,improve the appearance,and reduce postoperative complications,which has good clinical reference signifificance.
