眼睑肿物切除术后邻近皮瓣修复的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of adjacent skin flap repair after eyelid tumor resection surgery

目的探讨眼睑肿物切除术后采用邻近皮瓣修复的临床效果。方法以福州东南眼科医院金山新院2021年9月至2023年9月收治的80例眼睑肿物患者为研究对象,将眼睑肿物切除术后采用邻近皮瓣修复的40例患者纳入观察组,将眼睑肿物切除术后直接缝合的40例患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者的手术前后眼睑形态变化、修复效果、眼睑功能。结果术后2个月时,观察组患者眼睑肿物明显消失;观察组患者与观察者瘢痕评估量表各指标评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组泪膜破裂时间高于对照组,泪河高度、症状消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼睑肿物切除术后采用邻近皮瓣修复可显著提高修复效果,改善眼睑功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of adjacent skin flflap repair after eyelid tumor resection surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with eyelid tumors admitted to Jinshan New Hospital of Southeast Ophthalmology Hospital in Fuzhou from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.40 patients who underwent eyelid tumor resection surgery and were repaired with adjacent skin flaps were included in the observation group,and 40 patients who underwent eyelid tumor resection surgery and were directly sutured were included in the control group.Compare the changes in eyelid morphology,repair effect,and eyelid function before and after surgery between two groups of patients.Results At 2 months after surgery,the eyelid mass in the observation group patients significantly disappeared;The scores of various indicators on the scar assessment scale for the observation group patients and observers were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the tear film rupture time was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The tear height and symptom disappearance time were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of adjacent skin flflap repair after eyelid tumor resection can signifificantly improve the repair effect and eyelid function.
