摘要
目的探讨微创超薄贴面技术在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年9月至2023年9月于三明市中西医结合医院口腔科的48例行前牙瓷贴面治疗患者的临床资料。其中对照组24例患者采用常规全瓷贴面技术修复,观察组24例患者使用微创超薄贴面技术修复。比较两组患者的牙齿美观度和治疗后6个月内的并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者牙齿美学指数指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月内,观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论微创超薄贴面技术可提高行前牙瓷贴面治疗患者的牙齿美观度与满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer technology in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with porcelain veneers.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 48 patients who underwent anterior tooth porcelain veneer treatment in the Department of Stomatology at Sanming Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2018 to September 2023.Among them,24 patients in the control group were repaired using conventional all ceramic veneer technology,while 24 patients in the observation group were repaired using minimally invasive ultrathin veneer technology.Compare the dental aesthetics and incidence of complications within 6 months after treatment between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the aesthetic index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Within 6 months after treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer technology can improve the dental aesthetics and satisfaction of patients treated with porcelain veneers for anterior teeth,and reduce the incidence of complications.
