无托槽隐形矫治器结合支抗钉治疗骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]的临床效果

The clinical effect of bracketless invisible appliances combined with anchorage screws in the treatment of skeletal Class III malocclusion

目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治器结合支抗钉治疗骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]。方法随机选择2021年11月至2023年12月泉州医高专附属人民医院口腔科就诊的采用无托槽隐形矫治器结合支抗钉治疗的63例成年骨性安氏III类错[牙合]患者作为研究对象,采用自身对照的方法,比较患者治疗前后头影、上下颌第一磨牙长轴倾斜度。结果患者治疗前后头影测量中SNA、SNB、ANB、Co-X、Co-Y和NLA比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后患者头影测量指标较治疗前改善效果显著。患者治疗前后上下颌第一磨牙倾斜度测量值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗6个月后患者上颌磨牙倾斜度测量值较治疗前患者改善效果显著。结论无托槽隐形矫治器结合支抗钉治疗骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]头影测量改变显著,倾斜度测量值的效率较高,可获得理想矫形结果及稳定性。

Objective To investigate the treatment of skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion with bracketless invisible appliances combined with anchorage screws.Methods Randomly select 63 adult patients with skeletal Angle Class III malocclusion who were treated with the invisible aligner combined with anchorage mini-screws in the Stomatology Department of the Affiliated People's Hospital of Quanzhou Medical College from November 2021 to December 2023 as the research objects.Using the self-control method,compare the cephalometric measurements and the inclination of the long axes of the first maxillary and mandibular molars of the patients before and after treatment.Results There were statistically signifificant differences in SNA,SNB,ANB,Co-X,Co-Y and NLA in cephalometric measurements before and after treatment(P<0.05).The cephalometric measurement indicators of the patients improved signifificantly after 6 months of treatment compared with those before treatment.There were statistically signifificant differences in the measured values of the inclination of the fifirst maxillary and mandibular molars before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the measured values of the inclination of the maxillary molars of the patients improved signifificantly after 6 months of treatment compared with those before treatment.Conclusions The treatment of skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion with the invisible aligner combined with anchorage mini-screws leads to signifificant changes in cephalometric measurements,and the effificiency of the measured values of inclination is high.Ideal orthopedic results and stability can be achieved.
