Based on the practice of systematic water improvement in Dongying Municipality,the paper introduces the typical experience in detail,and"Dongying-styled experience"is provided by adhering to local conditions,overall planning and multiple measures.From the national,provincial and municipal levels,the new situation and constraints faced by systematic water improvement are analyzed,and ideas and strategies for promoting are put forward to optimize the allocation of water resources.Furthermore,it also promotes the"three-space、multi-corridor"ecological protection and restoration,and the comprehensive modernization of water improvement system and capacity.
