摘要
论述了采用实时动态测量技术(RTK)和手持式流速仪进行渠道断面流速测量的方法,并结合地理信息系统(GIS)技术进行数据处理和成图,旨在通过对引黄济青青岛段渠道流速和流量的精确测量,更好地评估渠道水文动态,为水资源的合理利用和环境保护以及突发水质安全应急响应提供数据支持,为渠道的运行管理、水资源调配和环境保护提供科学依据。
This paper discusses the method of real-time dynamic measurement technology(RTK)and hand-held current meter to measure the velocity of the fracture section,and combines the GIS technology to process and map the data.The aim is to evaluate the hydrological dynamics of the channel through the accurate measurement of the velocity and flow of the channel in the Qingdao section under water diversion from Yellow River to Qingdao project.It's expected to provide data support for rational utilization of water resources and environmental protection and emergency response of water quality safety,as well to provide scientific basis for channel operation management,water resource allocation and environmental protection.
