摘要
河道整治工程在治理河道,提高行洪能力,提升流域综合防洪标准的同时,改变了沿线生态环境。河道治理改造过程中涉及土石方开挖、回填,极易造成一定范围和程度的水土流失。文章以山东省淮河流域骨干防洪排涝河道治理工程为例,通过分析预测河道水土流失概况,研究工程分区水土保持设计方案,可供类似工程施工提供参考。
The river improvement project has changed the ecological environment along the river,while regulating the river channel,improving the flood discharge capacity and improving the comprehensive flood control standard of the basin.The process of river control and reconstruction involves excavation and backfilling of earth and rock,which is easy to cause soil and water loss in a certain range and degree.Taking the flood control project in backbone rivers in Huaihe River Basin as an example,this paper analyzes and predicts the general situation of water and soil loss and studies the design scheme of water and soil conservation in the project area,which can provide reference for similar project construction.
