The current predicament of the development of the key competences of senior high school mathematics teachers is manifested in fragmentation of mathematical knowledge literacy,imbalance of mathematical ability literacy,superficial mathematical cultural literacy and weak mathematical emotional literacy.The strategies to solve the problems include constructing teachers’mathematics knowledge system based on big concept,balancing teachers’mathematical ability structure based on new roles,enhancing teachers’mathematical cultural background with the help of real history,and cultivating teachers’mathematical emotional vision through two-way dimensions.
