摘要
为满足本地化定制气象服务需求,开发设计了气象微信公众号并开展应用。介绍了开发过程中的关键点,着重从基于模板消息的气象灾害预警信息推送功能开发、基于位置的气象实况数据服务策略与实现、科普内容与气象数据展示三个方面展开研究。所设计的气象微信公众号具备按需快速推送气象灾害预警信息功能,并能针对性提供定制位置的实时气象信息服务,拓展了气象信息传播覆盖面和时效,为提升气象防灾减灾能力,筑牢气象防灾减灾第一道防线提供了有力支持。
In order to meet the demands of localized and customized meteorological services,a meteorological WeChat official account was developed then applied.This paper introduce key points during the development process,including development of pushing function for meteorological disaster warning information based on template messages,strategy and implementation of location-based meteorological real-time data service,popular science and meteorological data display.The designed meteorological WeChat official account has the function of quickly pushing meteorological disaster warning information on demand.It also can provide real-time meteorological information services at customized locations.The achievements have expanded the coverage and timeliness of meteorological information dissemination,which provided strong support to enhance capabilities and strengthen the first line of defense for meteorological disaster prevention and reduction.
