人工智能时代高等院校教师信息素养提升研究

Research on Enhancing Information Technology Literacy of Teachers in Colleges and Universities under Background of Artificial Intelligence Era

随着人工智能(AI)技术的快速发展和高等教育改革日渐深入,高校教师信息素养提升的重要性凸显。通过阐述高校教师信息素养的基本内涵,多视角分析当前高校教师信息素养的发展现状,提出高校教师信息素养提升路径,包括:健全信息技术制度标准,强化教师信息素养意识;增强教师信息学习能力,建立信息技术评价机制;完善信息设备管理平台,推进信息资源科学融合。

With the rapid development of AI technology and the deepening reform of higher education,the importance enhancing the information technology literacy of university teachers is highlighted.The basic connotation of information technology literacy of university teachers is elaborated.The current development status of information technology literacy of university teachers is analyzed from multiple perspectives.In view of the practical dilemma,the ways to enhance the information technology literacy of university teachers are put forward,including:improving the information technology system standard and strengthening the teachers’awareness of information technology literacy;reinforcing teachers’ability of information learning and establishing information technology evaluation mechanism;perfecting the information equipment management platform and promoting the scientific integration of information resources.
