海上油田生产水除气罐水室结构优化研究

摘要 在油田生产水处理流程中,生产水除气罐往往作为第一级处理设备,具有重要的除气、除油等功能,但在实际生产运行过程中可能存在处理效果不佳的现象。针对生产水除气罐水室结构的设计缺陷和生产污水流程实际运行状况,停用、检查现场设备,分析查找原因,并设计、制作、安装生产水除气罐水室的收油装置,完善内部结构,实现了生产水除气罐水室收油作业,提高了生产水的处理效果,可为油田类似问题的处理提供参考借鉴。 In the oil field production water treatment process,the production water degassing tank often serves as the first stage treatment equipment and plays an important role in gas and oil removal.However,in actual production and operation processes,there may be poor treatment effect.This paper focuses on the design defects of the water chamber structure of the production water degassing tank.Based on the actual operation of the production sewage process,the reasons for the problems of the on-site equipment shutdown,tank inspection,and other operations are analyzed and found.The oil collection device of the production water degassing tank water chamber is independently designed,manufactured and installed,and the internal structure of the water chamber is improved.Thus,the oil collection operation in the water chamber of the production water degassing tank is achieved,the treatment effect of the production water is improved,which can provide reference for the treatment of similar problems in the oilfield.
