摘要
气举是井筒积液停喷井复产中常用的工艺方法。常规气举受注入气压力、停喷井地层压力、含水率及井筒积液程度等多因素影响,整体气举复产成功率不高。针对上述问题,在井筒气液流态分析的基础上,提出通过反复增大和降低生产压差,使气液两相在举升过程中产生气液混合流体柱,再分阶段举升由此产生的气液混合流体柱,可实现停喷井复产。激荡式气举诱喷排液复产法在现场应用表明,有效提高了气举效率,且操作简单、适用范围广、复产效果好。
Gas lift is a commonly used technological measure in the resumption of production of shut-in wells with wellbore liquid accumulation.Conventional gas lift is affected by many factors,such as injected gas pressure,formation pressure of shut-in wells,water cut and wellbore fluid accumulation,resulting in a low overall gas lift success rate.In view of the above problems,based on the analysis of the gas-liquid flow state of the wellbore during the gas lift process,this paper proposes that by repeatedly increasing and decreasing the production pressure difference,the gas-liquid two-phase will generate a gas-liquid mixed fluid column during the lift process.The gas-liquid mixed fluid column produced is lifted in stages to realize the resumption of production of shut-in wells.Field application shows that the surge-type gas-lift induced blowout and drainage technology can effectively improve the gas lift efficiency,and it is simple in operation,has a wide range of applications,and has a good effect on resumption of production.
