弹力带健身操锻炼对中老年女性健身效果的实验研究

摘要 目的:通过6个月弹力带健身操锻炼,在一定程度上提高中老年女性体质健康水平,以期为中老年女性的健身提供参考。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,探讨弹力带健身操锻炼对中老年女性体质健康状况的影响。结果:(1)实验后,实验组的骨密度T值、Z值比实验前有显著性差异,与对照组相比也有明显改善;对照组实验前后的数据有改善趋势,但无显著性差异。(2)实验后,实验组的腰背力、握力比实验前有明显的提升,也明显高于对照组的肌力;实验后,实验组的身体不同部位肌肉百分比较实验前都有显著提高,对照组的肌力、所测部位肌肉百分比较实验前略显降低趋势,变化没有显著性。结论:(1)坚持弹力带健身操锻炼可以明显提高和保持中老年女性肌肉力量和质量。(2)弹力带健身操锻炼可以提高中老年女性骨密度水平,有效预防中老年女性的骨质疏松。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the impact of six months of elastic band exercise on the physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly women,providing valuable insights for their fitness.METHODS:Utilizing research methods such as literature review,experimental analysis,and mathematical statistics,the study explores the effects of elastic band exercise on the physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly women.RESULTS:(1) Following the experiment,the experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in bone density T and Z values compared to both the control group and pre-experiment values.While the control group displayed an improving trend,the differences were not significant.(2) After the experiment,the experimental group exhibited a noticeable increase in lumbar strength and grip strength compared to pre-experiment values,surpassing the muscle strength of the control group.Additionally,the muscle percentage in different parts of the body in the experimental group significantly increased,while the control group showed a slight decreasing trend,albeit not significant.CONCLUSIONS:(1) Consistent elastic band exercise can significantly enhance and maintain muscle strength and quality in middle-aged and elderly women.(2) Elastic band exercise can improve bone density levels and effectively prevent osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly women.
