全生命周期视域下体养融合建设逻辑、现实困境与构建路径研究

The Logic,Real Challenges,and Path to Integration of Sports and Elderly Care from a Whole Life Cycle Perspective

推进体养融合是积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于全生命周期视角,在探讨体养融合建设逻辑的基础上,分析了全生命周期视域下体养融合的现实困境与构建路径。研究认为:全生命周期视域下体养融合存在政策支持不足、市场基础薄弱、复合人才短缺、融合理念匮乏等现实困境。据此,提出全生命周期视域下体养融合的构建路径:政府层面,需要建立机制、完善顶层设计;企业层面,需要融合创新、提升服务质效;人才层面,需要破除壁垒、畅通发展路径;个人层面,需要强化认知、转变固有观念。

Promoting the integration of sports and elderly care stands as a crucial measure in addressing the challenges posed by an aging population.This paper employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis.It delves into the construction logic of sports and elderly care integration from the whole life cycle perspective,analyzes the real challenges encountered within this framework,and proposes a path for integration under the whole life cycle perspective.The study reveals that under the whole life cycle perspective,the integration of sports and elderly care faces real challenges such as inadequate policy support,weak market foundations,a shortage of composite talents,and a lack of integration concepts.Based on these findings,it puts forward a construction path for the integration of sports and elderly care under the whole life cycle perspective:at the governmental level,mechanisms need to be established and top-level designs need to be improved;at the enterprise level,innovation needs to be integrated,and service quality and efficiency need to be enhanced;at the talent level,barriers need to be removed,and development paths need to be smoothed;at the individual level,cognition needs to be strengthened,and inherent concepts need to be transformed.
