“课外思政”的实现路径:足球场教育场域中的“立德树人”

Pathways to Implementing Extracurricular Ideological and Political Education:Moral Education and Character Building on Football Field as an Education Space

足球场教育场域是“课外思政”的实现路径、是体育场域和教育场域的交集,竞技互动与德育互动是其两大主题。足球场属于特殊化中观教育场域,是师生联合打造、“共同在场”的隐形教育软环境,可以帮助师生由课堂上“熟悉的陌生人”变为球场内“想象的共同体”。本文以中南大学土木工程学院举办的“土木杯”师生足球联赛为抓手,认真落实日常“练球”、定期“约球”和组织“赛球”3个重要环节,“以点带面”推动师生足球交流常态化、制度化、规范化,助力校园足球活动引导学生“走下网络、走出宿舍、走向操场”。师生足球赛带动校园足球的普适性、普及性及生活化,润物细无声地促进了立德树人目标的实现。

The football field as an education space serves as a pathway for implementing extracurricular ideological and political education,representing the convergence of sports and educational domains,with athletic interaction and moral development as its focal points.The football field,as a specialized intermediate educational space,is a collaborative creation of teachers and students,providing an invisible educational soft environment where they are “present together,” transitioning from being “familiar strangers” in the classroom to an “imagined community” on the field.This study of the “Civil Engineering Cup” faculty-student football league organized by the School of Civil Engineering at Central South University focuses on diligently implementing three key aspects:daily practice,scheduled matches,and organizing competition events.These efforts aim to propel faculty-student football exchanges into a normalized,institutionalized,and standardized practice,guiding students to “get offline from the internet,leave the dormitory,and head to the playground.” Faculty-student football matches drive the universality,popularization,and integration of campus football,quietly promoting the realization of the goal of moral education and character building.
