基于数字孪生的新能源电力工程二次设备运行状态自动监测方法

摘要 传统二次设备运行状态监测主要依赖于定期巡检、人工记录等手段,不仅效率低下而且难以保障监测数据的准确性,为此,提出基于数字孪生的新能源电力工程二次设备运行状态自动监测方法。采集并预处理新能源电力工程二次设备的温度、电压、电流等运行数据,基于获取的数据构建一个二次设备的数字孪生体,对设备实际运行状态进行虚拟映射,通过数字孪生体的实时模拟更新达到二次设备运行状态自动监测目的。结果表明,设计方法下二次设备运行温度监测数据和实际数据之间最大偏差仅为0.7℃,满足新能源电力工程二次设备运行状态高精度监测要求。 The traditional operation status monitoring of secondary equipment mainly relies on regular inspection,manual recording and other means,it is not only inefficient but also difficult to guarantee the accuracy of monitoring data.Therefore,the automatic monitoring method of secondary equipment of new energy power engineering based on digital twin is proposed.Acquisition and pretreatment of new energy power engineering secondary equipment temperature,voltage,current,based on the data to build a secondary equipment digital twin,virtual mapping of equipment,through the real-time simulation of the digital twin update to achieve secondary equipment running status automatic monitoring purpose.The results show that the maximum deviation between the operating temperature monitoring data of the secondary equipment and the actual data under the design method is only 0.7℃,which meets the requirements of high-precision monitoring of the operation status of the secondary equipment in the new energy power engineering.
