高效节能泵站的反步控制研究

摘要 随着能源消耗的不断增长,对高效节能泵站的研究设计也越发重要。针对高效节能泵站提出了模糊PID控制方法。首先,对于高效节能泵建立了该系统的数学模型;其次,根据将反步控制算法用于泵站的数学模型中,并通过Lyapunov稳定性理论验证了系统的稳定性;最后,在MATLAB/Simulink环境平台中构建泵站系统的数学模型及反步控制器,并将反步控制方法与PID控制方法相比较,通过仿真结果验证了在高效节能泵站中运用反步控制方法的跟踪精度优于PID控制方法。由计算可知,与PID控制方法相比,所提出的反步控制方法跟踪精度提高了61.1%。 With the continuous increase of energy consumption,the research and design of high-efficiency and energy-saving pump stations have become increasingly important.A fuzzy PID control method was proposed for efficient and energy-saving pump stations.Firstly,a mathematical model of the high-efficiency energy-saving pump system was established.Secondly,based on the application of the backstepping control algorithm in the mathematical model of the pump station,the stability of the system was verified through Lyapunov stability theory.Finally,a mathematical model and backstepping controller of the pumping station system were constructed on the MATLAB/Simulink environment platform,and the backstepping control method was compared with the PID control method.The simulation results verified that the tracking accuracy of the backstepping control method in high-efficiency and energy-saving pumping stations was better than that of the PID control method.According to calculations,the proposed backstepping control method improves tracking accuracy by 61.1% compared to the PID control method.
