摘要
为满足煤矿井下通风调节高精度的要求,设计了一套煤矿局部通风机智能化管控系统。该系统主要由数据层、业务逻辑层和界面层3层构成。一方面,它能监测井下环境和局部通风机的运行状态;另一方面,它能根据监测结果调控通风机,提升局部通风机的调控精确性,在确保井下通风量符合作业要求的同时,降低通风机的运行能耗,为煤矿企业创造了更高的经济效益。
To meet the high-precision requirements of ventilation regulation in coal mines,an intelligent control system for local ventilation fans in coal mines has been designed.The system mainly consists of three layers:Data layer,business logic layer,and interface layer.On the one hand,it can monitor the underground environment and the operation status of local ventilation fans.On the other hand,it can regulate the ventilation fan based on monitoring results,improve the accuracy of local ventilation fan regulation,ensure that the underground ventilation volume meets the operational requirements,and reduce the operating energy consumption of the ventilation fan,creating higher economic benefits for coal mining enterprises.
