煤矿井下机电设备安全供电技术应用研究

摘要 为解决煤矿井下机电设备供电方式安全性能较差、供电异常监控不到位、易引起供电系统故障等问题,研究与讨探了井下供电设备安全供电技术,提出了一种井下供电安全远程监控系统,搭建了地面监控分系统和井下监控分系统,介绍了硬件系统结构组成和软件控制系统。将提出的井下机电设备安全监控系统在某煤矿应用后表明,电气设备的电流、功率和电压等参数信息都可以实现实时采集和监控,且上位机端可以清晰展示井下设备的供电情况。经过6个月的使用,系统运行平稳,数据传输速度较快,现场采集到的异常会以可视化方式曲线呈现历史记录,便于后期随时调用数据,异常响应时间仅为1.82s,有效保证了井下供电系统的安全性和可靠性,取得了满意的应用效果。 In order to solve the problems of poor safety performance,inadequate monitoring of abnormal power supply,and easy occurrence of power supply system failures in the power supply mode of underground mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines,this paper studies and explores the safe power supply technology of underground power supply equipment,proposes a remote monitoring system for underground power supply safety,builds a ground monitoring subsystem and an underground monitoring subsystem,introduces the hardware system structure composition and software control system.The proposed safety monitoring system for underground electromechanical equipment has been applied in a coal mine,and it has been demonstrated that real-time collection and monitoring of parameters such as current,power,and voltage of electrical equipment can be achieved,and the upper computer can clearly display the power supply situation of underground equipment.After 6 months of use,the system runs smoothly and the data transmission speed is fast.The anomalies collected on site will be presented in a visual curve with historical records,making it easy to call up data at any time in the later stage.The abnormal response time is only 1.82 s,effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of the underground power supply system and achieving satisfactory application results.
