摘要
针对某矿经常出现支架移动、倾倒、难伸缩、设备翻倒等现象,采用数值模拟、现场实测以及相似模拟的方法对某矿大倾角工作面采煤工艺进行优化研究,通过分析某矿大倾角工作面的围岩与顶板运移、破坏以及应力规律,对某矿综放工作面进行矿压监测以及矿压显现规律研究,优化了某矿大倾角综放工作面的采煤工艺,保证了工作面安全,使某矿大倾角综放工作面生产更安全高效。
In response to the frequent occurrence of bracket movement,tilting,difficult expansion and contraction,and equipment overturning in a certain mine,numerical simulation,on-site measurement,and similar simulation methods were used to optimize the coal mining process of a large angle working face in a certain mine.By analyzing the movement,damage,and stress laws of the surrounding rock and roof of the large angle working face in a certain mine,the mining pressure monitoring and mining pressure manifestation laws of the fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine were studied,and the coal mining process of the large angle fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine was optimized to ensure the safety of the working face and make the production of the large angle fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine safer and more efficient.
