摘要
针对山西翼城首旺煤业有限责任公司矿井复杂的水文地质条件,通过理论分析和资料收集确定了9#煤防治水“三区”的划分依据。采用数值模拟和现场验证方法,研究了9#煤可采区主要区域(底板水威胁区)的突水机理,以及采煤过程中底板水威胁区域超前注浆加固技术,揭示了不同采动距离下顶板应力场和塑性区的演化规律和不同注浆层在不同注浆压力下的浆体扩散规律,为选择合理注浆压力提供了研究依据。该研究结果可为类似矿山的水害防治提供参考。
In response to the complex hydrogeological conditions of the mine of Shanxi Yicheng Shouwang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the division basis of the"three zones"for water prevention and control of 9#coal was determined through theoretical analysis and data collection.Numerical simulation and on-site verification methods were used to study the water inrush mechanism in the main areas of the 9#coal mining area(floor water threat area),as well as the advanced grouting reinforcement technology in the floor water threat area during the coal mining process.The evolution law of the stress field and plastic zone of the roof under different mining distances and the diffusion law of slurry under different grouting pressures of different grouting layers were revealed,providing a research basis for selecting a reasonable grouting pressure.The research results can provide reference for water hazard prevention and control in similar mines.
