长距离带式输送机多驱协调电气制动技术研究

摘要 针对长距离带式输送机多驱动方式存在电气制动不可靠、制动性能监测困难且容易出现误判等问题,探讨长距离带式输送机多驱协调控制制动技术,采用变频调速装置并提出谐波电气制动单元模块,利用小波包分析谐波信号实现对信号的分解,以准确获取调速制动参数。通过建立相关的算法控制模型,利用支持向量机实现制动过程的健康诊断和故障预警,最终通过现场试验可知,长距离带式输送机多驱协调电气制动可利用设备运行参数变化直接反映设备运行状况,有效保证电气制动的可靠性,从而降低故障监测的误判率。有效降低事故率、保证长距离带式输送机的稳定运行,对于提高长距离带式输送机的制动检测和保障其制动性能具有重要的参考价值和意义。 In response to the problems of unreliable electrical braking,difficult monitoring of braking performance,and easy misjudgment in long-distance belt conveyors with multiple drive modes,this paper explores the coordinated control braking technology of long-distance belt conveyors with multiple drives.A variable frequency speed regulation device is adopted and a harmonic electrical braking unit module is proposed.Wavelet packet analysis is used to decompose harmonic signals and accurately obtain speed regulation and braking parameters.By establishing relevant algorithm control models and using support vector machines to achieve health diagnosis and fault warning during the braking process,it was finally found through on-site experiments that the coordinated electrical braking of long-distance belt conveyors with multiple drives can directly reflect the operating status of the equipment by utilizing changes in equipment operating parameters,effectively ensuring the reliability of electrical braking and reducing the misjudgment rate of fault monitoring.Effectively reducing the accident rate and ensuring the stable operation of long-distance belt conveyors have important reference value and significance for improving the braking detection and ensuring the braking performance of long-distance belt conveyors.
