充气式微泡浮选机的浮选槽流场研究

摘要 为进一步探究充气式微泡浮选机在运行过程中的更多细节特征,以某型工业充气式微泡浮选机为研究对象,在建立仿真分析模型的基础上,应用Fluent流场数值模拟计算软件,分析浮选机运行过程中的液相速度、气相速度和湍流三方面的典型特征,并探究引起上述特征的主要原因,以此总结充气式微泡浮选机的浮选槽流场特征,并提出后续的可能优化路径,以供参考。 In order to further explore more detailed characteristics of inflatable micro-bubble flotation machine during operation,a certain industrial inflatable micro-bubble flotation machine was taken as the research object,based on the establishment of simulation analysis model,the flow field numerical simulation calculation software Fluent was applied to analyze the typical characteristics of liquid phase velocity,gas phase velocity and turbulence during the operation of the flotation machine,and explore the main reasons for the above characteristics.In this way,the flow field characteristics of the flotation cell of the aerated micro-bubble flotation machine are summarized,and the possible optimization path is proposed for reference.
