Python和Node-Red在整车制造工厂能源数据采集与企业能源管理中的应用

摘要 面对日益严格的节能环保标准,汽车制造企业必须精细化监控生产设备的能源消耗。以北京奔驰顺义工厂为例,展示了一种基于Python和Node-Red的自动能耗数据采集和上传系统。该系统首先利用Node-Red实时获取车间内各设备PLC的电能和燃气消耗数据并存至数据库中,其次通过Python将数据整合并存入Excel,最后在计算近2日的能耗差值后,将其上传至企业能源论坛。若数据提取或上传出现异常,系统则会自动发送邮件提醒用户。目前,该系统已成功应用于喷漆车间和总装车间的电能数据自动获取和上传,监控的数据类型也将扩展至包括用水量、蒸汽用量、压缩气用量等在内的各类能源消耗。通过该方式,汽车制造企业能更有效地满足节能环保要求,为可持续发展作贡献。此外,该系统的应用进一步凸显了Python和Node-Red在能源管理中的关键作用,为汽车制造业的能源管理提供了新的视角和工具。 Faced with increasingly strict energy-saving and environmental protection standards,automobile manufacturing enterprises must finely monitor the energy consumption of production equipment.Taking the Beijing Benz Shunyi factory as an example,an automatic energy consumption data collection and uploading system based on Python and Node-Red is demonstrated.The system first uses Node-Red to obtain real-time electricity and gas consumption data of various equipment PLCs in the workshop and stores it in the database.Secondly,the data is integrated and stored in Excel through Python.Finally,after calculating the energy consumption difference in the past 2 days,it is uploaded to the enterprise energy forum.If there are any abnormalities in data extraction or upload,the system will automatically send an email to remind the user.At present,the system has been successfully applied to automatically obtain and upload electrical energy data in the painting workshop and final assembly workshop,and the monitored data types will also be expanded to include various energy consumption such as water consumption,steam consumption,and compressed gas consumption.Through this approach,automobile manufacturing companies can more effectively meet energy conservation and environmental protection requirements,contributing to sustainable development.In addition,the application of this system further highlights the crucial role of Python and Node-Red in energy management,providing new perspectives and tools for energy management in the automotive manufacturing industry.
