Through literature review and case study,this paper discusses the key elements and effective methods of assessment and feedback of students’automotive maintenance skills during internship,selects the content and methods of assessment,comprehensively understands students’skill level and the limitations of technical enhancement,and explores the timeliness,specificity,and pertinence of the design and implementation of the feedback mechanism through practical application to validate the effectiveness of the feedback mechanism and the application effect.Through the establishment of an effective automotive maintenance skills assessment and feedback mechanism,it can better promote the skills improvement and career development of students during the internship period,which in turn promotes the automotive maintenance industry talent cultivation and technical level improvement.
