乡村振兴背景下村镇建设与管理专业人才培养的优化研究

Optimization Research on the Cultivation of Professional Talents in Village Construction and Management under the Background of Rural Revitalization

人才振兴是乡村振兴的核心要素。乡村建设与管理人才是当前乡村振兴急需培养的人才类型之一。新时期,职业院校村镇建设与管理专业要明确为乡村振兴培育乡村建设与管理人才的发展定位,避免与建筑工程技术专业、城乡规划专业在专业定位和课程体系上的同质化倾向,破解学科发展困难、毕业生就业处境尴尬的困局。该文以贵州农业职业学院村镇建设与管理专业为例进行探讨,从村镇建设与管理人员的日常工作任务及乡村振兴发展的内涵要求出发,明确人才培养的专业能力要求,重构以管理学、规划学和地理学为主干课程的课程体系,以期为其他院校村镇建设与管理专业的教学改革提供参考。

Talent revitalization is the core element of rural revitalization.Rural construction and management is one of the talents in urgent need of training in rural revitalization.In the new era,the major of village construction and management should clearly position the development of rural construction and management talents for rural revitalization,get rid of the long-term homogeneity trend in professional positioning and curriculum system with the major of construction engineering technology and urban and rural planning,and solve the dilemma of discipline development difficulties and graduates'employment situation.This paper takes the major of village construction and Management of Guizhou Vocational College of Agriculture as an example to discuss,from the daily work tasks of village construction and management personnel and the connotation requirements of rural revitalization and development,to clarify the professional skills requirements of talent training,and reconstruct the curriculum system with management,planning and geography as the main courses,with a view to providing references for the teaching reform of this major in other colleges.
