腹腔镜子宫切除术中无缝干预对应激及并发症的临床研究

Clinical study on seamless intervention for stress and complications in laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的:探讨无缝隙巡回干预对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术(TLH)患者心理状态的影响。方法:研究对象为我院2021年1月至2023年10月行TLH的90例患者,随机数字表法将其分为观察组(无缝隙巡回干预)和对照组(传统手术室干预),均45例,比较两组心理、生理应激水平、干预配合度和术后并发症情况。结果:干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预配合度(95.56%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(22.22%)(P<0.05)。结论:无缝干预可以显著缓解TLH患者的心理和生理应激反应,有效减少并发症。

Objective:To investigate the effect of a seamless rounds intervention on the psychological status of patients undergoing TLH.Methods:The study subjects were 90 patients who underwent TLH in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023,and they were divided into observation group(seamless circuit intervention)and control group(traditional operating room intervention)by randomized numerical table method,both of them were 45 cases,and compared the level of psychological and physiological stress,the level of collaboration observed during the intervention and the occurrence of postoperative issues in both groups were compared..Results:After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were noticeably lower(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The degree of intervention cooperation in the observation group(95.56%)was higher(80.00%)(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(6.67%)was clearly lower(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Seamless circuit intervention can effectively improve the psychological and physiological stress response of TLH patients,improve treatment cooperation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
