感恩拓延-建构理论在老年多发性骨髓瘤患者中的应用

The application of gratitude extension construction theory in elderly patients with multiple myeloma

目的:探讨感恩拓延-构建理论在老年多发性骨髓瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:随机将纳入研究的80例老年多发性骨髓瘤患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规健康管理,观察组实施感恩拓延-构建的健康管理。对比两组患者管理前后心理与生活质量的变化。结果:观察组感恩和健康知识水平、生活质量测定量表各项评分高于对照组,而汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于感恩拓延-构建理论的健康管理可提高老年多发性骨髓瘤患者感恩和健康知识水平,缓解焦虑、抑郁及对疾病进展的恐惧情绪,改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of gratitude extension construction theory in elderly patients with multiple myeloma.Method:80 elderly patients with multiple myeloma who were included in the study were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group adopted routine health management,while the observation group implemented gratitude extension construction health management.Compare the changes in psychological and quality of life between two groups before and after intervention.Result:The gratitude and health knowledge level,as well as various scores on the quality of life measurement scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores on the Hamilton Depression Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,and Simplified Fear of Disease Progress Scale were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health management based on gratitude extension construction theory can improve the gratitude and health knowledge level of elderly patients with multiple myeloma,alleviate anxiety,depression,and fear of disease progression,and improve their quality of life.
