摘要
2021年3月,全国人大通过“十四五”规划强调促进消费、保护消费者权益。四川省随后推出了放心舒心消费行动计划,并发布了服装行业消费服务规范。2023年四川省市场监管局开始对服装行业进行消费环境监测评价,以维护消费者权益和创造安全放心的消费环境。本文主要从实地考察、问卷调研、质量检测三个方面出发,从不同维度分析本次评价的结果,并给出相关建议。
In March 2021,the National People’s Congress of China passed the“14th Five-Year Plan,”emphasizing the promotion of consumption and the protection of consumer rights.Subsequently,Sichuan Province launched the“Reassuring and Comfortable Consumer Action Plan”and issued consumption service standards for the clothing industry.In 2023,the Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision Administration began conducting consumer environment monitoring and evaluation for the clothing industry to safeguard consumer rights and create a safe and reassuring consumption environment.This article mainly analyzes the results of this evaluation from three aspects:on-site inspections,questionnaire surveys,and quality testing,and provides relevant recommendations.
