摘要
基于系统动力学方法构建知识产权因素对科创板IPO成败的影响系统模型,深入探讨系统内部要素之间的耦合作用和因果反馈机制。研究表明:研发投入和团队实力是提升企业创新能力的关键;核心技术的独立性、先进性和持续性影响着企业的持续经营能力;专利权属纠纷、专利侵权及专利无效等风险是知识产权风险的核心要素;高质量的信息披露对科创板市场健康运行至关重要。本研究旨在为拟在科创板上市的企业就知识产权方面提高IPO成功率提供切实建议和参考。
Based on the system dynamics method,a system model of the impact of intellectual property factors on the success or failure of the IPO of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board is constructed,and the coupling effect and causal feedback mechanism between the internal factors of the system is deeply discussed.The research shows that R&D investment and team strength are the key to improve the innovation ability of enterprises;The independence,advanced nature and continuity of core technology affect the sustainable operation ability of enterprises;Patent ownership disputes,patent infringement and patent invalidation are the core elements of intellectual property risks;High-quality information disclosure is crucial to the healthy operation of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board.The purpose of this study is to provide practical suggestions and references for enterprises planning to list on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board to improve the IPO success rate in terms of intellectual property rights.
