职业召唤的“双刃剑”效应:研究述评与未来展望

摘要 职业召唤作为个体工作目的和意义的追求,是个人核心价值观的表达和自我价值的体现,对工作场所个体的影响具有双面性,呈现“增益”和“抑制”双重效应,备受理论和实务界关注。本文将职业召唤嵌入个体职业生涯全过程,明晰职业召唤“双刃剑”效应的具体表现及其溢出性,基于社会认知职业理论、自我调节理论与资源保存理论进行阶段性差异化解析,建构整合模型。未来研究可尝试探讨职业召唤的跨层级垂滴效应传导机制;探究职业召唤的动态变化轨迹,解析非线性效应。 As the pursuit of the purpose and meaning of work,it is the expression of personal core values and self-worth,and its influence on individuals in the workplace is two-sided,showing the dual effect of"gain"and"loss",which has attracted much attention in theory and practice.This study systematically examines and clarifies the impact of core values on individuals in the workplace.The present study embeds career calling in the whole career process,identifies the specific manifestations of the"double-edged sword"effect of career calling and conducts theoretical analysis based on social cognitive career theory,self-regulation theory and conservation of resources theory.Researchers could explore the transfer mechanism of the cross-level drip effect of career calling explore the dynamic trajectory of career calling,and analyze the non-linear effect.
