摘要
子宫内膜容受性(ER)是子宫内膜可接受胚胎着床的综合状态,也是胚胎成功着床的关键。微小RNA(miRNA)作为一种非编码RNA,在转录后水平发挥对mRNA及下游蛋白的调节作用。ER缺陷患者的miRNA及靶基因表达,与健康育龄女性存在差异,提示miRNA在ER调节方面发挥一定作用。既往研究结果提示,miRNA可以成为ER评估指标及潜在治疗靶点。笔者拟就miRNA参与子宫内膜蜕膜化及其影响胚胎植入的子宫内膜信号通路,影响ER其他相关分子等的最新研究现状进行阐述,旨在为miRNA评估ER的潜力提供参考。
Endometrial receptivity (ER) is a comprehensive state in which endometrium can accept embryo, and it is also a key factor for embryo implantation. MicroRNA (miRNA), as a non-coding RNA, regulates mRNA and downstream protein at the post-transcriptional level. The expression of miRNA and target genes of patients with ER defects is different from that of healthy women, suggesting that miRNA plays a role in the regulation of ER. The authors intend to elucidate the latest research status of miRNA involvement in ER and endometrial signaling pathways affecting embryo implantation, and other related molecules affecting ER, so as to provide reference for assessing the potential of miRNA in evaluating ER.
