低剂量螺旋CT筛查肺癌及肺结节的研究进展

摘要 肺癌作为威胁人类健康及生命安全的恶性肿瘤,病死率较高。临床对肺癌患者进行早期明确诊断并开展针对性治疗干预,可有效控制癌细胞增殖速度、延长患者生存时间。目前,低剂量螺旋CT(LDCT)作为筛查肺癌的主要手段,具有低辐射、灵敏度高、无创、检查速度快等优势,可获取高质量图像,为肺结节与肺癌的诊断提供可靠依据。该研究通过对LDCT筛查肺癌及肺结节的临床应用情况展开综述,为临床治疗提供参考。 As a malignant tumor that threatens human health and life,lung cancer has a high mortality rate.Early and definitive diagnosis of lung cancer patients in clinical practice,as well as targeted treatment interventions,can effectively control the proliferation rate of cancer cells and prolong the survival time of patients.At present,with the advantages of low radiation,high sensitivity,non-invasive,and fast examination speed,low-does computed tomography(LDCT)is the main method for screening lung cancer,which can obtain high-quality images,providing reliable basis for the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer.In this study,a review was conducted on the clinical application of low-dose computed tomography screening for lung cancer and pulmonary nodules by summarizing previous relevant literature.
