藿朴夏苓汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗湿热中阻型慢性胃炎患者的效果

Effects of Huopu Xialing decoction combined with Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in treatment of patients with chronic gastritis of damp-heat obstruction type

目的:观察藿朴夏苓汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗湿热中阻型慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法:选取2020年11月至2022年11月该院收治的70例湿热中阻型慢性胃炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合藿朴夏苓汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、胃肠激素指标[胆囊收缩素(CCK)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)]水平和炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃脘胀满不适、胃脘疼痛、口干口苦、大便不畅等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CCK水平低于对照组,MTL、GAS水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藿朴夏苓汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗湿热中阻型慢性胃炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善胃肠激素指标水平,降低中医证候积分和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Huopu Xialing decoction combined with Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in treatment of patients with chronic gastritis of damp-heat obstruction type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with chronic gastritis of damp-heat obstruction type admitted to this hospital from November 2020 to November 2022.They were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,while the observation group was treated with Huopu Xialing decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores,the gastrointestinal hormone indexes[cholecystokinin(CCK),motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)]levels,and the inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)]levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 74.29%(26/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as fullness and discomfort,epigastric pain,dry mouth and bitter mouth,and poor stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of CCK in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the levels of MTL and GAS were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Huopu Xialing decoction combined with Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,and reduce the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of inflammatory factors in the patients with chronic gastritis of damp-heat obstruction type.Moreover,it is superior to simple Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets treatment.
