摘要
目的:分析血清C肽、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平联合检测在糖尿病肾病诊断中的效能。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年8月该院收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者为研究组,另选取同期该院50名健康体检者为对照组。比较两组血清C肽、FPG、HbA1c水平,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)曲线分析血清C肽、FPG、HbA1c水平单项及联合检测在糖尿病肾病诊断中的效能。结果:研究组血清C肽、FPG、HbA1c水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清C肽、FPG、HbA1c水平单项及联合检测诊断糖尿病肾病的曲线下面积分别为0886、0.825、0.801、0.912,联合检测的曲线下面积高于各单项检测。结论:血清C肽、FPG、HbA1c水平联合检测诊断糖尿病肾病的效能高于各单项检测。
Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of serum C-peptide,fasting blood glucose(FPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum C-peptide,FPG,and HbA1c were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the efficiencies of single and combined detection of serum C-peptide,FPG,and HbA1c levels in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Results:The levels of serum C-peptide,FPG,and HbA1c in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of single and combined detection of serum C-peptide,FPG,and HbA1c levels in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy were 0886,0.825,0.801 and 0.912,respectively.The area under the curve of combined detection was higher than that of each single detection.Conclusions:The efficiency of combined detection of serum C-peptide,FPG,and HbA1c levels in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is higher than that of each single detection.
