数字技术作为新时代经济发展的重要驱动力,是增强城乡经济协同发展、推动城乡融合高质量发展的关键因素。现阶段,数字技术通过优化城乡产业结构、畅通城乡要素双向流动、提高城乡公共服务均等化等机制推动城乡融合高质量发展。对此,应当优化城乡数字基础设施整体布局以夯实数字城乡发展根基、加快城乡产业数字化转型以推动城乡产业链数字融合发展、完善乡村数字人才培养体系以推进数字技术与城乡人才队伍融合、推动数字资源与基本公共服务深度整合以促进城乡公共服务有机融合。

As a crucial driving force for economic development in the new era,digital technology is a key factor in enhancing the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and promoting high-quality integration of urban and rural areas.At present,digital technology promotes the high-quality integration of urban and rural areas through mechanisms such as optimizing the industrial structure of urban and rural areas,facilitating bi-directional flow of urban and rural factors,and enhancing equalization of urban and rural public services.In this regard,efforts should be made to optimize the overall layout of urban and rural digital infrastructure to consolidate the foundation of digital urban and rural development,accelerate the digital transformation of urban and rural industries to promote the digital coordination development of urban and rural industrial chains,improve the rural digital talent training system to promote the integration of digital economy and urban and rural talent teams,and promote the deep integration of digital resources and basic public services to enhance the level of equalization of public services.
