影响碳/碳复合材料沥青浸渍-常压碳化过程的关键因素

The influence factors in the process of asphalt impregnation and carbonization of C/C composite

摘要 针对碳/碳复合材料沥青浸渍-碳化过程常出现铺层滑移,增重率低的问题.本文针对该问题进行分析,开展了试验研究工作.结果表明:预制体装炉方式、浸渍冷却的冷却应力和碳化工艺时间是铺层滑移产生的主要原因,采用随炉降温、隔层装炉的方式,同时延长碳化工艺时间是解决铺层滑移现象的有效措施.浸渍时间、碳化工艺曲线和石墨化处理是影响增重率的关键因素.延长浸渍时间能够有效提高浸渍效率,时间延长至16 h以后,浸渍效率基本不变.采用"两头快、中间慢",缩短碳化总时长,可以有效提高增重率,50h碳化后增重率为21.4%,将碳化总时长进一步缩短至40 h,出现了铺层滑移问题. The problem of layer slip and low weight gain often occurs during the impregnation carbonization process of carbon/carbon composite asphalt.This article analyzes the issue and conducts experimental research.The results show that the main causes of layer slip are the pre fabricated furnace loading method,the cooling stress of immersion cooling,and the carbonization process system.Adopting the method of cooling along with the furnace and loading in layers,while extending the carbonization process system,is an effective measure to solve the phenomenon of layer slip.The impregnation time,carbonization process system,and graphitization treatment are key factors affecting the weight gain rate.Extending the impregnation time can effectively improve the impregnation efficiency.When the time is extended to 16 hours,the impregnation efficiency remains basically unchanged.By using"fast at both ends and slow in the middle"to shorten the total carbonization time,the weight gain rate can be effectively improved.After 50 hours of carbonization,the weight gain rate is 21.4%,and the total carbonization time is further reduced to 40 hours,resulting in the problem of layer slip.
