调节性细胞死亡在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用研究进展

摘要 心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)是心肌梗死患者接受再灌注治疗后产生不良预后的主要原因。调节性细胞死亡(RCD)是一种有序的细胞主动死亡方式,在维系正常生命活动中发挥着至关重要的作用。越来越多的证据表明RCD高度参与了MIRI的发展,可能成为挽救损伤心肌的关键。本文重点关注细胞凋亡、细胞自噬、细胞焦亡、坏死性凋亡以及铁死亡等RCD在MIRI发展过程中的作用,加深对MIRI病理过程的理解,为未来MIRI的临床治疗和药物研发提供参考。 Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)is a major cause of negative consequences for patients with myocardial infarction who undergo reperfusion therapy.Regulated cell death(RCD)is a form of orderly and active cell death that plays a crucial role in sustaining normal life processes.Increasing evidence suggests that RCD is actively involved in the development of MIRI and possible key to rescuing damaged myocardial tissue.This article focused on the roles of various forms of RCD,including apoptosis,autophagy,pyroptosis,necroptosis,and ferroptosis,in the progression of MIRI.By deepening our understanding of the pathophysiological process of MIRI,this article aims to provide reference for future clinical treatments of MIRI and drug development.
