摘要
独山镇汛期洪水以消峰为主,其代表性断面洪峰水位64.20 m,洪峰流量902 m^(3)/s;在此基础上,设计了67 m的汛限水位,即8年一遇的洪峰流量737 m^(3)/s。洪灾的危险性很高。建议推进工程治理措施,实现由降低灾害损失向降低灾害风险转变。
The flood control of Dushan Town mainly depends on the peak reduction,with the representative section peak water level of 64.20m and a peak flow rate of 902 m^(3)/s;On this basis,a flood control level of 67 meters was designed,which means an 8-year peak flow of 737 m^(3)/s.The risk of flood disaster is high.It is suggested to promote the engineering governance measures to realize the transformation from reducing disaster losses to reducing disaster risks.
