摘要
文章根据某新建污水处理厂具体情况、工程设计方案等内容,从以下几个方面进行了具体论述和分析:(1)对河道行洪能力的影响。(2)对河道总流态和局部流态的影响。(3)对河势稳定的影响。(4)对堤防稳定安全的影响。(5)对两岸堤防及岸坡的影响。(6)对上游第四橡胶坝和雪枫大桥的影响。(7)对水利工程运行管理和防汛抢险的影响。为该项目的顺利实施提供了防洪影响评价方面的技术支撑。
According to the specific situation and engineering design plan of a newly built waste water treatment plant,this paper specifically discusses and analyzes from the following aspects:①the impact on the flood carrying capacity of the river channel.②The impact on the overall and local flow patterns of the river channel.③The impact on river stability.④The impact on the stability and safety of embankments.⑤The impact on the embankments and bank slopes on both sides.⑥The impact on the fourth rubber dam and Xuefeng Bridge upstream.⑦The impact on the operation and management of water conservancy projects and flod prevention and emergency response.It provides technical support for flood control impact assessment for the smooth implementation of the project.
