摘要
南水北调中线项目郑州金水河倒虹吸的地基处理工作,由于该地的土质主要为砂壤土和粉质壤土,地质环境恶劣。对现场的地基进行了CFG桩试验和深度研究分析,最终确定了最优的施工参数和工作流程。运用CFG桩施工技术改善了金水河倒虹吸的地基,并且通过科学的建设和组织,成功提升了施工地基的强度,达到了建设的需求,为维持工程施工的进程提供了有效的质量和安全保障。通过金水河倒虹吸及基础处理的施工,最终为项目的整体进度节约了时间成本和经济价值,既达到了较好的技术性能和经济效果,也为以后的工程施工积累了宝贵的技术经验。
The project department has set up a technical team,which is committed to the foundation treatment of the inverted siphon of Jinshui River in Zhengzhou,the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion project.Because the soil in this area is mainly sandy loam and silty loam,and the geological environment is harsh.CFG pile test and in-depth research analysis are carried out on the site foundation,and the optimal construction parameters and workflow are finally determined.The use of CFG pile construction technology has improved the foundation of Jinshui River inverted siphon,and through scientific construction and organization,the strength of the construction foundation has been successfully improved,to meet the needs of construction,to maintain the process of engineering construction to provide effective quality and safety protection.Through the construction of inverted siphon and foundation treatment of Jinshui River,the time cost and economic value are finally saved for the overall progress of the project,which not only achieves better technical performance and economic effect,but also accumules valuable technical experience for future construction.
